My path into this work came through experience.
Early in my career, I worked in demanding commercial environments, leading teams and delivering results at pace.
Over time, I became increasingly curious about something deeper.
Why do some leaders grow more assured under pressure, while others become reactive or uncertain?
What allows someone to operate at a high level consistently, without losing clarity or themselves?
That question became a long-term pursuit.
For over a decade, I’ve studied and applied neuroscience, performance psychology, behavioural change and the biology of energy — directly within boardrooms, leadership teams and one-to-one executive work.
The leaders I work with are already successful.
But they want:
